Methodist Circuit:

of: Circuit Administrator

Hours per week (flexible) but at least over
a minimum of 2 days with occasional evening
work
£8.30 - £8.80 per hour (depending on
experience)
This
is a new post and the person appointed will be initially employed
from 1 Feb 2016 until 31st
Jan 2017
The
circuit is looking for a suitable person to
·
Support
the Superintendent Minister staff and circuit leadership team with
administrative duties
·
Establish
and run a new circuit office at one of the existing Chesterfield Methodist
churches.
·
Establish
sound IT systems, with the ability to maintain and develop them
·
Coordinate
and support other administrative gifts from around the circuit and its churches
·
Ensure
that all necessary data, statistics and reports are completed as requested by
the Superintendent Minister
Mission
Statement: The calling of the Methodist people in
Chesterfield is to respond to the gospel of God’s love and, inspired by the
Holy Spirit to live out
their discipleship in worship and mission.
Therefore the person
appointed would be expected to support this ethos and have some understanding
of Methodist discipline and structures
